Amazon have had the Fire TV Soundbar out for a while now but not in the UK. Finally it is available for pre-order and also discounted during the pre-order window!
The Fire TV Soundbar is a 2.0 speaker supporting DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Audio. At 60cm wide it should be accommodated by most media units and not look monstrously large, especially if you want to boost the audio quality for a smaller TV with room filling sound.
Connectivity is via the standard HDMI connection which would plug into your TV’s ARC/eARC port as well as Bluetooth capability to stream audio from a phone, tablet, laptop etc once paired.
The regular price for the Fire TV Soundbar is £119.99 when it is released on the 29th of July at 9am. A pre-order of special means the Fire TV Soundbar can be bought for £99.99 if you get in before the launch date.
